Our tray dryer (which has two walls) is fabricated on well-structured angle iron frame with layers of heavy M.S. sheets inside and outside to make it durable.
The right external part has hammer tone paint and the inside chamber is given high-paint temperature aluminum. There is insulation material that contains glass wool of high grade and is placed between the walls to reduce the lost heat. The aluminum trays at different heights are supported by customary brackets inside, which makes it suitable to drying demands.
Being a reliable tray dryer manufacturer, we ensure effective use of strip type air heaters and forced air circulation, which operate on highly rugged V drives motor. A PID microprocessor controller grants temperature control with precision of +/- 1degrees C. Ventilation system has a top opening which can be adjusted to allow safe ventilation of the vapor.
